Poker Chip Design
1 Select your colors
First go to our color chart page. The first panel shows our standard colors. These colors are made with fine brass powder for extra weight and beauty. The second panel shows our dayglo colors which make excellent edge spot color, but can also be used as a chip body color. While the choice of color is a matter of personal preference, here are traditional colors used by casinos: $1 White or Blue, $5 Red, $25 Green, $100 Black, $500 Purple or Lavender. Here is link to our color chart page.
2 Select an edge spot color
If you do not want edge spots please go to step three now. Edge spots are used by most clubs and casinos to give extra security and beauty to their chips. When selecting an edge spot colors we recommend choosing contrasting colors. Example, when using a dark color for the main color use a light color for an edge spot. Dayglo colors are excellent for edge spots. Please refer to our chip color chart page for color choices and the custom chip page for examples.
3 Design your printed inlay
This is where it gets personal! On our custom chip page you will see a few examples of what we have done. You can design your own printed center or we can help with the design. Our design work is free of charge in most cases. Use names, initials, values, logos, etc. We can use anything that will physically fit in the center.
Standard printing is black on white background. Custom color printing is also available free of charge. Please ask for details.  See the custom chip page for some recent examples.

4 Choose your mold design
The design molded into the rim of a poker chip is called the mold design. This design is unique and offers each chip protection against counterfeiting. You can choose from 4 unique designs on our mold design page.
